Old Boys' managers meeting will be held on Sunday 29/7/07 at Rio De Futsal. 4pm. Managers, please take note.

There will be no meeting for Old Girls' teams as no ballot is necessary.

Registration Process

Interested teams can register via fax, (snail) mail, or e-mail before 28 July 2007. All you have to do is download the registration form below, print it out, and fax/mail/e-mail it to us at:

Registration Fee

Each participating team is subjected to a registration fee as below:

Early bird registration (before 7 July 2007): RM250
Late registration (on and after 7 July 2007): RM300
